The Grain Cleaning unit is a custom designed solution that is critical to the service delivery process of cleaning a consumer’s grain product(s).
The mobile system is made up of a series of key components that when combined provide a highly efficient and effective process to professionally and swiftly clean grain and seed from their impurities and debris.
How it works...
The cleaning unit will consist of the following components that each plays an integral role in
producing timely and quality end result for the consumer.

Air Screen Cleaner - separates seeds with air to remove light materials, and screens out narrower seeds

Destoner - Used for removal of stones, dirt clods, and heavy foreign material

Gravity Table - Used to separate lights from heavies based on density

Vibratory Conveyor - Used to gently convey products
